Elwood
MCC Hockey Elwood Ground
MCC Hockey’s Elwood College ground is a first class FIH accredited synthetic poligras surface, and provides us with our home base for training and matches. Used for MCC Hockey club training, winter games, junior and senior development and summer competitions and also available for limited community and sports club hire.
Elwood College is surrounded by residential homes. All hirers, participants and spectators must treat our facility with appropriate respect and must be considerate of our neighbours when you arrive, while you are here and when you leave.
Location
Elwood Secondary College, 101 Glen Huntly Rd, Elwood – enter via Shelly St. The ground is accessible via Bus (Clifton Hill), Train (Sandringham line to Elsternwick station), or tram (route 67).
The ground is located at the rear of the school, with access via Goldsmith and Shelley streets.

Parking
A dedicated car park for MCC Hockey Club and hirer use outside of school hours use is available for 30 cars, access is via Shelley street.
There is limited parking in surrounding streets, check signs for parking restrictions as the area is regularly patrolled. Unrestricted parking is available on Glen Huntly road.

- Train – Elsternwick Station and 20min walk down Glen Huntly Rd or 246 bus (Clifton Hill direction) above
