Membership Fees

FEES 2023 winter season

Following the club’s very successful season last year, we are very excited to open registrations to the 2023 winter hockey season at the MCC Hockey Section.

Junior players may be eligible to apply for the Victorian Government’s Kids Voucher Program please refer to the Government website for further  details.

The Club does not provide for play per game fee arrangements, however a 5 game package is available.

There are many ways to play fee free. If you coach a Junior or Senior team, MCC Hockey fees are waived. Umpires are also paid per game, which is a great way for Junior and Senior players to earn some additional income. The Club has also a number of paid roles.

Social members

The Club provides for Social membership, which is open to family and friends. Please refer to our Social Membership page for further details.

Hockey Victoria Fees

The following Hockey Victoria association fees are payable in addition to your Club membership fee.

Player fees (age as at 31 December 2022)

Over 18 years: $121
Senior flexible 5 game membership: $65
18 years and under: $93
Junior flexible 5 game membership: $52
Officials: $37

Tax deductible donations

The MCC Hockey Section is registered with the Australian Sports Foundation to assist in raising funds to help maintain and develop our facilities to meet members’ needs and also to assist in providing additional player coaching and development opportunities.

The Australian Sports Foundation Limited was established to assist organisations to raise funds to develop sport in Australia through public & corporate donations.

The Club has two separate donation opportunities to help the Club.

MCC HOCKEY ASF CLUB DEVELOPMENT FUND – to help with developing new club facilities at our Elwood ground.

MCC HOCKEY ASF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FUND – to help with coaching and umpire development.
