MCC HOCKEY SOUTH YARRA
MCC Hockey’s home pitch is situated in the grounds of Melbourne High School, conveniently located in the inner Melbourne suburb of South Yarra. In terms of access and amenities, it is an unrivaled location for Victorian hockey and a key attraction for many of our members.
The club is located within close proximity to the Melbourne CBD and easily accessible by train (South Yarra station), tram (routes 78 & 58), bus, car and bicycle. South Yarra is a popular residential and commercial area and is arguably the best entertainment district in Melbourne. A huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and nightclubs are all situated within 1km of our ground.

Visitor Parking
Whether coming to play or watch, visitors arriving by car to the ground have a number of parking options available:
- On-site parking is available on Melbourne High School grounds, accessible via Alexandra Avenue.
- Limited street parking spaces to the South and West are also available.
- On busy days, we recommend parking underground at Vogue Plaza, located on 670 Chapel Street, directly opposite the Forrest Hill entrance to the pitch. There are 600 parking spaces available, and if you purchase any item from the Woolworths supermarket you receive two hours of free parking. The car park is open from 6am until midnight.
