STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
MCC Hockey, an established leading Men’s and Women’s Premier League community hockey club based in vibrant South Yarra in inner eastern Melbourne with our second ground at Elwood in inner southern Melbourne, is seeking strategic partnerships to assist the club’s development and growth.
We have a range of potential opportunities each with a great package of inclusions and benefits that will help promote your business to our large and diverse membership community of junior, senior and masters players, their families and beyond, including at events at our home ground and at our spiritual home the MCG.
Our Platinum, Gold and Silver packages provide further advertising exposure at one of Melbourne’s most popular and highly used hockey venues, at Melbourne High School, South Yarra.

Player sponsorship
Player Sponsorship is a great way to support your favourite MCC player and the MCC Hockey Section.
The Club is looking forward to another successful season in 2024 and looking to increase participation across our juniors, women’s, men’s and masters sections. Our focus is on helping make participation more affordable and also provide connections into the broader community.
Providing player sponsorship not only benefits players, but also provides an opportunity for MCC Hockey to promote local businesses and companies providing sponsorship.
Three levels of player sponsorship

| Sponsorship value (including GST) | $1,500 | $1,000 | $500 |
| Player fees and costs contribution | $750 | $500 | $250 |
Note: Player sponsorships are for the 2024 winter season and sponsorship does not include the Hockey Victoria Membership costs (payable by the player). The player is required to pay the difference between the player sponsorship funds and playing fees.
Sponsorship inclusions
Sponsors Day – Invitation to Sponsors Day with your promotional material, banners to display your company or brand (where deemed appropriate).
Social media – Announcement of player sponsor on MCC Hockey social media. Company offers promoted via the MCC Hockey Facebook pages (2 company offers for Level 1 sponsorship and 1 company offer for Level 2 sponsorship).
Website – Company name, logo, supplied information and contact details included on MCC Hockey website on the player sponsor page.
Newsletter – One sponsorship editorial in whole of club e-newsletter
Raffle – Complimentary tickets for end of year Sponsor’s Raffle (3 tickets for Level 1, 2 tickets for level 2 and 1 ticket for level 3 sponsorship).
Merchandise – MCC Hockey beanie or cap (All sponsorship levels), MCC Hockey Polo Shirt (Level 1 & 2 sponsorship)
Product – Products to be included in fundraising events (where deemed appropriate).
