We are thrilled to announce our Womens PL/PLR coaches for 2026!
Following a successful 2025 securing promotion for the Women in to Premier League, Peter Scott will be returning to lead our Women’s 1’s in 2026. Peter is a well known face around the club, being a current MCC Men’s Premier League Premiership player, and also a member of the Hockey One Melbourne team. Peter has played for both GB and England at international level and has been involved in the GB program at various levels for 8 years. We look forward to Peter leading another big year for our 1s, as they step back up to Premier League.
Off the back of leading our reserves team to a premiership last year, Alex Moen is also returning as our reserves coach next year. Alex plays in the MCC Hockey Mens section and is an experienced player and coach. Prior to joining MCC Alex coached for Cambridge University hockey teams, been assistant coach at Marden Russets Ladies 1s and 2s, coached at Holcombe and Sevenoaks boys’ and girls’ talent academies. We look forward to further success for the reserves next year under Alex’s guidance.
